Tredecation is the 13th hyperoperation. It is equal to the binary function \(\uparrow^{11}\) in Knuth's up-arrow notation[1]
The n tredecated to m is n doedecated to n doedecated to ... doedecated to n (m n's).
"a tredecated to b" can be written in array notation as \(\{a,b,11\}\), in chained arrow notation as \(a \rightarrow b \rightarrow 11\) and in Hyper-E notation as E[a]1#1#1#1#1#1#1#1#1#1#1#1#b.
Tredecational growth rate is approximately equivalent to \(f_{12}(n)\) in the fast-growing hierarchy.
