You probably see "User_blog_comment:Windows_NT_6.0/Numbers_about_mathematical_constants/@comment-38470668-20200607132940" in Category:Candidates_for_deletion.
This is probably a bug. In the past, it was possible to use templates in comments, and it did. However, the comment system was switched and this is the only one that fell into the space-time limbo.
