The Poppy(m,n) function whose domain is the set of pairs (m,n) of positive integers m and n is defined as follows:

If n is 1: Poppy(m,n) = 1

If n is prime: Poppy(m,n) = mn+1

If n is composite, let q be the smallest factor of n which is greater than 1, then Poppy(m,n) = n/q
