An extension - recast of Feferman's Theta?

I have decided to scrap this idea. I was hoping I would be corrected, but after eventually getting to analyze it more closely myself, I have realized that it had a number of mistakes that completely ruined it. I just mashed the Extended Buchholz's \(\psi\) together with Feferman's \(\theta\), hoping it would produce something new. Alas, I need more time to properly formalize it.
